| Requirements: | North GA Sweet Peach Quilters Retreat 2022 Presented by Fabrics Galore and Quilting Store At Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa Monday- Wednesday, August 15-17, 2022. (Check in to ballroom at 9 a.m. on Monday/ Check out 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday). Retreat Fee of $269.00 includes: * 9 meals: Continental breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. * Use of ballroom on Monday at 9 a.m. through Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. * Door prizes, games, challenges and much more. Retreat Fee does not include lodging or supplies. Room reservations are to be made directly with Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa. You may contact them via the following: www.Brasstownvalley.com (lowest rate guaranteed by booking online) or phone 1-800-201-3205. However, if you wish to have a roommate to defer costs, please contact Fabrics Galore and Quilting Store and we will be happy to hook you up with a fellow quilter. Please provide following information; Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Email Address, Phone and Alternate Phone. $100.00 deposit due at registration to hold your spot. (Space is limited!) $169.00 balance due and payable by May 1, 2022. Payment can be made by calling Fabrics Galore and Quilting Store at 706-745-6918 or stopping in the store during business hours M-Sat. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Also, if you would like to make payment in full, you may do so online at Fabricsgaloreandquiltingstore.com. All cancellations must be by email. You may email a cancellation notice to patricia@fabricsgaloreandquiltingstore.com. If I do not respond, I did not receive your email. There are no refunds after July 1. Prior to July 1, a refund of monies paid, minus a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be issued in the form of a store credit. |
